Ordered some stuff from States for delivery to UK - it eventually arrived after a long time. My email enquiries went unanswered. Looked at delivery small print, which stated there would be no refund if the goods didn't turn up. With future orders, I will pay the extra for insurance. I think you can trust this company, but they need to get their act together with customer service.
