Love it. May be getting the Last one

Overall, the product is great! It was missing a few things that originally it should have had. I let retro drive know and they said they would check into it but I haven’t heard from them since.

Product turn out to be great ! How ever it took alot longer than expected for item to ship and get to me . Very long delay in customer service response time . I actually was about to report them as a scam and the retro drive showed up . Game works good after you get used to it , they really should put more instructions in the box possibly an instruction manuel of some sort . Just a suggestion .

I gave a 4 solely because I did not keep the system. Due to a collection of misunderstandings, poor timing and bad luck, I wasnt able to enjoy the system like many who have reviewed. Nonetheless, my interactions with Aimee and the return/refund process was seamless and fast. On a customer service standpoint, great job!

The drive “works” but it came with a lot of issues. I payed to the decked out system over 300 bucks. It came with no instructions. I had to reach out to the company to get instructions. Not all the games were loaded and I’m currently waiting for a new hard drive with all the games. It wasn’t just missing no name games but games like Super Metroid . It did not come with the PS4 controller as advertised. I got a Bluetooth NES controller instead. I had to tweak the settings for the controllers to get them to play the games. Gamecube games struggle a lot. The quality of the product isn’t there to justify the price. They need to do a lot better job before sending out a system like they sent to me for the price they ask for. Lastly I payed for quick shipping and it took over a week to ship.

Purchased the Nvidia Shield for my fiance and he loves it. Customer service and support through email answered most of basic questions and we were sent video tutorials on how to use it. I had no idea what to expect and was overwhelmed at first but luckily this was a purchase for him and he was able to access the various folders, cores, and games he wanted. We had been having some issues with control hot keys but only got to play a few times so we've yet to see if it was a controller issue such as a low battery of if there were actual issues with hot keys. Very excited about the endless options of game play but still have a lot of learning to do as we might need to buy another keyboard for some of the hot keys and saving as this might be more user friendly for us.

Overall, a fairly intuitive system with a lot of games good to go! There are a few of the more modern titles that are having trouble, but all of the SNES and Sega Genesis titles I tried worked fine. Looking forward to putting more games on the system!
