Took almost a month to get here than forgot my sd card so I can’t even play the games .

KC is enjoying the system but we are having issues removing this review. He has since left multiple positive reviews. But still very sorry for the initial delay in the delivery.

I love my Nvidia Shield! The guys were very helpful and responsive when I had questions. There may be delays on shipments because of covid, but other than that everything it's great. Love playing all the old games I loved as a child. They brought back my childhood.

After looking at several retro systems on Facebook, I decided to go with the Retro Drive Holiday Bundle because of the Sega Genesis games on it. I ordered it while unemployed temporarily because of the virus and their representative Aimee was very helpful in allowing me to split my payment over two invoices and making sure specific games were on the system. Because of the COVID 19 situation, there was a big delay in shipping my system so they gave me an extra SNES controller free. I finally received the system and while playing realized their was an issue with the SD card in missing part of the game library. The folks at Retro Drive were right on it, actually sending me the upgraded SD card with more games at no extra charge. The system works and plays great. I would highly recommend both the product and the company and just ask you to be patient and understanding with the shipping time...its well worth the wait.

I need some sort of manual for this thing the N64 has been moving slowly and same with the DS. The controller doesn't work for Kodi I would just like these features to work other than that most of the old school Nintendo's work

Still have not received my order. I paid for 2-3 day shipping. I ordered mine on the 15th. The tracking number still says “waiting for package to arrive at a USPS facility for shipment”.

I ordered a controller that was advertised as new and would ship the next day. What I got was a used controller shipping in 5 weeks. Price was comparable to new controllers offered by other companies. This place is out to scam you. They did admit their actions and refund me after I called out them trying to pass off an old controller as new. Why not just tell me up front that they are out of new controllers instead of trying to trick me. Their response is 100% dishonest. The controller had scuff marks, discoloration, and they even admitted it was used when they reached out to me after my complaint. They did provide a refund and instructed me to keep the controller.

Not what was promised is right....Ryan got a brand new controller but we don't keep original packaging because it's bulky and gets damaged during shipping(go look at the iBuffalo box it's 5 times the size of the controller). We take them out of packaging to pair them with systems which is where we primarily use them. However, Ryan got himself a controller, lodged a complaint for the refund, kept the controller because he wanted a souvenir of his scummy behavior and then left a bad review justifying his theft. If being a good business means responding to every review professionally then maybe that is not what we are. But liars and thiefs do not deserve a platform to speak on.
