No reviews of long term experience with Retirably.
Robbi made the first contact call. I could not understand his words. I asked him to speak more slowlywhich he did - for 5 seconds. Was he disappointed in my lack of preparedness for his call? It seemed he was expected to gather my information. I expected an intoduction and some general information, was not informed ahead of time what to expect during this call. Robbie seemed to think since the call was scheduled, I would be prepared for what he was trained to expect. Please Retirable, a little more initial information and more communication skills training for your techs. And the complicated sign on process. Even my bank does not need 2 forms of photo ID. So my evaluation will not be included. I am not happy with this review process. I will most likely not be happy with the rest of the service.In Reviews I see none before 2023, though you've been in business since 2019. The recent reviews are not helpful, only give kudos to the advisors along with short term impressions. I see skilled marketing at play here.

So far so good! Glad to have this guidance. Wouldn't want to be figuring all of this out on my own.
Eric Schwartz explains things very well and welcomes questions. No sense of being rushed. The whole process feels very sane and do-able so far.
