I started out spinning up a custom LLM, which quickly became complicated, but with retell, I was literally up and talking to my new agent in 5 minutes... And there is still enough custom options to get yourself in trouble too....

Really good software
Really good software, at building both simple and complex agents. I'm not using the default tools ,rather i'm integrating with my CRM via custom tools and it all works well, no issues so far and latency is good.
