Its very easy to set an AI agent and it has a lot of cool features but what i dont like is that the ai agent messes up very often and its crucial when its on middle of a call. but besides that i love retell ai

Retell works very well, used other platforms like vapi and 11 labs but vapi functions doesn't run as good as retell ai as per personal experience and 11 labs currently doesn't have that many features as retell ai but if retell can have a client dashboard that will be really great

The UI is good and mostly intuitive. The testing works well for pre-live launch. We were able to produce a single prompt receptionist which is precisely what we were looking for.

Service is easy to jump into and very configurable without bogging you down in details. But if you need the levers and knobs to tweak they are there.

As a fullstack developer tinkering with Retell AI, their approach to transparency, user experience, and developer tools always leaves a feeling of high quality for me. When issues occur, they are quick to respond. And I appreciate their ticketing and customer support system, which is well integrated with AI at this point. The only constructive feedback I'd offer is that I'd like a little bit more control over AI testing.
