We have been researching and hunting for tools to build our Voice AI Agent and we tumbled upon Retell AI, it has been by far the best tool for our requirements. There are so many platforms that charge upfront fees, many of them ask for payment even for Demo configurations and most of them are single prompt tools. While Retell has competition in the services it provides (eg: Vapy & others), however the UI/UX and usage experience outsmarts and have been great compared to its competitors.
