I feel real calling

Support isn't very good. I got caught into an AI loop that kept telling me the same thing over and over. If it was not for someone who responded in the Discord community I would still be stuck. Even though I had to pay him. I made several posts in Discord and opened a Case with there support. Yet, I still haven't gotten one reply from a person after 10 days.

I’m using Retell AI to build a phone assistant for my business. The interface is clear, the integration options are flexible, and the documentation is mostly sufficient. There are moments during the setup where trial and error is needed, but overall the system runs stable and does what it promises. It’s a product with potential and definitely heading in the right direction.

I built my first call agent in Retell Ai and was surprised at how simple (and fun) it was to use. I'm integrating Make.com scenarios and it seems like that's where the challenges are. I went on to build a chat agent to be used on the website as well. I like the reporting and data that comes out of Retell AI that's helpful in troubleshooting.

Great product, easy to use, fast customer support

Retell is probably the best voice platform out there. I've tested out many like Vapi. Retell has better plan and support. The only downside is voice for Chinese (Taiwan) is only one choice. I wish they can support more voice model. Overall, retell.ai is best if you want to build voice agent.

It's very easy to use, but somehow custom function webhook is sending all the call transcript in detail(it can be because of the multi prompt) but needs to be adjusted, other than this; elevenlabs' price is high, it is gonna block potential projects, lastly; if you can implement like use your "apikey" for LLMs it will be good.We are trying the system now, potentially we will need to have enterprise account since we are working with big groups not only goverment but also private sector.(HIPPA needed at some point) .Thanks

Its good , just one improvement needed for using Eleven Labs custom voice , make the process easy by using just voice id as share link for "My Voices" is not available.
