I feel like I was forced to purchase a paddle that I didn't want! I ordered the six zero double black diamond 16 mm which kept being delayed. You never once offered my money back. So I settled for the next best 14mm.Its a good paddle but it wasn't my 1st choice.

Very honest and forthcoming about certain paddle shortages. They took the time to answer questions about options available to me and helped me make a decision I am very happy with. Very happy with the people at RetailPickleball.

I ordered a new paddle and was contacted that this particular product would be back ordered for a longer period of time and gave me the option to keep the back ordered item or change my order. I appreciate the customer service.

The people I talk to online were very courteous and honest in their projections of the type of equipment I would need! I received the rackets and the paddles for a pickle ball on time, and is pretty in perfectly new condition!
