Dear Paul, We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service. We strive to ensure every client receives high-quality work, and we clearly missed the mark in your case. We want to address your concerns directly: 1. Format and Template: Your writer adjusted the format per your request, providing two versions of your resume (one on 1 page and another on 2 pages). 2. ATS Compatibility: The resume achieved a 95% score on ResumeWorded, demonstrating its effectiveness for Applicant Tracking Systems. 3. Originality: A Copyleaks scan confirmed that there is no AI-generated content in your resume. Despite these efforts, we understand you are unhappy with the result. Our goal is to craft a resume that ensures your success. We are committed to working with you to revise your resume further until it meets your expectations. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can discuss the specific changes you would like to see. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will continue to work on your resume until you are completely happy with it. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to the opportunity to make this right.
