To anyone reading this: Huy Vo’s review is less of a reflection on our services and more of a vent session from someone who has struggled to land a job for 2 years (for obvious reasons we ended up finding out about from his behavior and lack of accountability). Here’s what really went down: - We reworked his resume twice and issued a partial refund—yes, twice—to ensure it was professional, polished, and ready to help him stand out. Huy mentioned above, “They wrote me the trash resume with terrible grammar and vocabulary.” The irony... that sentence alone speaks volumes. If there were any grammar or vocabulary issues, they didn’t come from us. They were tied to a significant language barrier we were trying to help him navigate. But as we all know, even the best resume can’t fix poor communication skills without the client putting in some effort too. “They used the F word.” This is completely untrue. As the CEO, I hold myself to the highest standard of professionalism and would never use that kind of language with a client (or anyone in general for that matter)—it’s simply not who I am or how I run my business. Huy was the one who used profanity, including calling team members “mfers” and I have screenshots to prove it. Despite this, my team and I remained respectful and professional throughout. What’s especially troubling is that he’s trying to distort the truth and paint us as unprofessional—essentially flipping the script on his own behavior. His attempt to shift blame and mislead others is as dishonest as it is disappointing. And it didn’t stop there. Huy created duplicate accounts here on Trustpilot, using fake names like “James Black,” to post the same accusations four times. His actions alone dropped our Trustpilot score from 4.9 to 4.5. One person, with a personal vendetta, should not overshadow the trust and success we’ve built with thousands of clients. But it doesn’t stop there. Huy also created duplicate accounts on Trustpilot, using fake names like “James Black,” to post the same tired accusations four times. His antics alone dropped our Trustpilot score from 4.9 to 4.5. That’s right—one guy with a vendetta made it his mission to harm our reputation, but it says more about him than it does about us. Oh, and if you think we’re his only target, think again. He’s left nearly identical complaints for other reputable companies like Pathrise and Wonsulting. If every service you use is suddenly a “scam,” maybe it’s time to stop pointing fingers and take a hard look in the mirror. Here’s the bottom line: we’ve helped thousands of clients land dream roles, and the proof is in our results. Real clients. Real success stories. Don’t let one unhappy customer with an internet crusade overshadow the overwhelmingly positive impact we’ve had. If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, we’re here to make it happen. If not, enjoy the show. Neil Bhatt CEO, Resume Wizard 101
