The staff here is very receptive to feedback and will do everything in their power to make sure you are satisfied. I am very happy with the finished product. The only note of warning is that they are on PST, not EST, so my drafts were not ready until the evening.

Good format that was received,overall service use a bit slow, and communication and being able to get in touch with the writer with questions. Resume looks good, and waiting on the cover letter.
