When you download to Microsoft Word the formatting is very off everywhere. And you can't adjust anything. Horrible!!
Response from ResumeTemplates.comNov 7, 2025
Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the Word download didn’t meet your expectations. Our platform is designed to create resumes that look best in PDF format, as this ensures the layout, fonts, and spacing remain consistent across devices. When downloading to Microsoft Word, some formatting differences can occur because Word handles spacing and design elements differently than our editor. To help minimize issues: - Try using a PDF version for applications where formatting is important, this keeps your resume looking exactly as intended. - If you need to edit in Word, consider adjusting section spacing, fonts, or margins manually after download. - You can also choose a different template that tends to translate more cleanly to Word format. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the Word export experience. For personalized assistance, you can contact us directly at www.resumetemplate.com, and we’ll help you get the best version of your resume. Best regards, Customer Service Team.

Super Easy to use, the templates and AI writer makes things quick and painless. The only thing I wish were different, is if you were able to move the sections to where is could balance the page out more aesthetically.
