Great working with Matt and his team! Very detailed and professional.

Matt was was pleasure through the whole process. I was struggling to find a job in the real estate industry for nearly a year. He asked a lot of questions and really made the effort to take into account every piece of my past experience. He was able to put into words my experience -concisely and to the point - and in the perfect format. I thought I had a great resume until I saw what Matt was able to do. Extremely professional, timely, and willing to help with anything and everything with regard to resume/cover letter and career advice. Would highly recommend to anyone who is tired of endlessly applying with no luck. Within 2 months of receiving my resume and cover letter, I landed a job and couldn't be happier! Thanks Matt for your help!

Matt was phenomenal from start to finish. He quickly grasped the key aspects of my professional career and accomplishments and succinctly reflected them on the resume. We had two review sessions, and the process was smooth and collaborative. Matt understands the hotel real estate industry and will help you prepare a stellar resume. Thank YOU, Matt!

The resume writing and career coach process was extremely helpful in getting me ready for a job search and understanding what types of roles to go after. I have received many compliments on the content of my resume and it has helped me get in front of both interesting companies and leaders.

You get what you pay for. At first, I was apprehensive of working with Resume Pilot because of the hefty price tag for their resume service. But after talking to Matt and working with Ericka, my doubts went away. Ericka (my resume writer) did a fantastic job writing my resume. She also listened and incorporated my feedback into my resume. Another bonus is Erica completed my resume in the timeframe that I wanted. If you want professionals to work on your resume and give you a steller product, look no further than Resume Pilot.

The experience with Resume Pilots was great. Their ability to capture the essential elements and help out highlight what is most relevant was super. All the advices and suggestions were well received and their expertise helps a lot. An special thanks to Valerie and Matt for all your contributions and support. You are great professionals!
