Resume took longer than the 5-7 days…
Resume took longer than the 5-7 days quoted to create and was filled with errors compared to my initial resume uploaded. Errors in spelling, credentials, job locations and even tenses/grammar continued. The cover letter was grammatically incorrect and used the same words over and over. I ended up just using the bones of the resume and fixing it myself as I had no more time to waste. Would not recommend to anyone.

Becca - the initial resume draft you received was within the 5-7 business day timeframe. I went above and beyond for you (I usually offer 2 revisions, we did a total of 6). None of the work I do for any of my clients, has any tense/grammar errors, everything is double/triple checked, so this is completely made up. We also ask for all revisions at once (through a word doc or in the revisions tab). You sent one by one, which is why the entire project ended up taking longer. Again, I had no complaints, I made the changes as you sent them in, but when the directions from clients aren't clear, sometimes there's more back and forth. I went back to reviewed your cover letter; there is not one redundant word in it. I'm really sorry I didn't meet your standards, I wish you addressed your concerns with me, as I was always available and responsive to you in the chat inside the portal.
