This feedback highlights the importance of transparency about paid services and the need for free options to build trust with users.
"I used an online resume builder app, Resume Giants, to create a new resume. I invested 2 hours in making it, and when I tried to download it, there was only a paid option and a free trial option. I think there should be at least one free option to download a resume. But I couldn't find one. I also sent a query for help, but they didn't reply. They wasted my time and didn't even retrieve my saved resume. When we search for free websites for any work on Google, why do they charge in the end? If they had mentioned it earlier, my time wouldn't have been wasted. Please don't use this kind of website."
