Beyond the PDF
I recently started including my Resumechat site with my resume while applying for new roles, and it’s been a game changer. It was a straightforward setup and took less than 10 minutes to have my site live. It's allowed recruiters to explore my experience in a more engaging way instead of browsing bullets on a PDF. Not long after including it in applications, a recruiter mentioned it caught their attention and made my application memorable. We had a great conversation, and I'm moving forward in the interview process! I know this is a newer tool, but I'm curious if Resumechat has data on whether it leads to recruiters interacting with a resume longer than a typical PDF, potentially increasing the chances of standing out. In a competitive job market, it always helps to have a way to differentiate yourself.
