I was charged 24.95 usd that I didn’t even use the access after downloading the cv on 1 usd trial and there is no mention about the renewal or any notification before the trial end. This is total scam especially who really need that big amount of money and still struggling to find job!

I immediately canceled the subscription this evening and emailed customer service, but was told that a refund was not possible. Please assist me with the refund process; otherwise, I will report this website's automatic subscription charges to my credit card company, and this will be a disputed charge that I will refuse to pay.
