If u could do 0 stars I would. This is advertised as a free resume builder. When people need a resume, it tends to mean they are job hunting. But what they dont tell you here is its not free AND if you unsubscribe after a while because you made your resume and downloaded it so therefore you have a resume and dont need to keep oaying a monthlyfee....they delete your copy you already paid for. Don't use this service. Ridiculous!!!! I had a subscription a few months ago to make a resume. But when I went to put in another job application a a day or so ago, low and behold my resume was gone!!! All because I no longer needed to pay for the service. And of course no where I read said I had to keep the subscription to use a resume I already paid for. Bet they try and add that into something after this review lol. Will never use again and will tell everyone I know not to use it

I didn't realize I signed for a subscription. I cancelled the this once a charge of $34.95 showed within my bank account on March 9th. Today, there is another charge of $34.95. I never received March money back.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! I paid for a cv temple for 2 dollars, after that, the website automatically subscribed me to a membership without clearly informing me or getting my consent, and they started charging my card every four weeks WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION AND REFUSED A REFUND !!!!! THEY STOLE 180 USD FROM ME FOR A 2 USD CV TEMPLE!!!!

The most clickbait shit website ever. It will hide all the costs and it will hide the cancel subscription button however it can. Stay away from that crap

These scamers charged my credit card twice in two different months with 30 $ after my request to "cancel" subscription !!

Resume did not work, I canceled the membership right away even though it was supposed to be a 14 day trial, and I have continued to reach out about a refund as I’ve been charged $90 with no response.

It was very unpleasant to be asked for money after i made my CV. Asking payment for your service is reasonable, asking after I went through one and a half hours to make my CV is predatory and you know that very well.

I repeatedly tried calling the phone number provided on my credit card statement and was answered with an automated message that does not identify the name of the business and then states that all agents are busy and to go to their website (address of website is not named in the automated message). EXTREMELY difficult to get to the website and fill out the form. I fear that my subscription WON'T get cancelled even though I've made the request in writing.
