Everything went smoothly with sending books in and everything. The one thing I would say is it took almost 2 months for my books to be listed after they were delivered. It was my first shipment so maybe that's the regular process. Seems like 2 months is a long time to get them listed and sent in. Other than that I'm happy with using restricted inventory.

The service overall is impeccable. A couple of my shipments to them were lost (surprise USPS!) and they have taken point on getting it tracked down. Getting an update on their research prior to me asking them about it would have garnered them a 5th star.
