I sent them $600 worth of books in May, and now, almost five months later, the books still haven't been checked in. I've also tried following up and sent them three emails, but they haven't responded to a single one. At this point, the whole operation seems like a scam to me. I strongly recommend that you don't send them any books unless you're prepared to potentially lose everything.

I sent in 1k worth of text books over the summer. Checked tracking and saw it was received. Gave them ample time to update website. Checked in with Omar mid September by email. He responded; assured all was good-just behind. Here it is December 2025 and still nothing. Sure seems fishy. Scammy even.

I have books from July that are over $500 in profit. I’m still having problems going through the whole process of sending the books to restricted inventory. At this point I can’t create a label after listing 5 books, my screen shows the video of boxing the books, but can’t get past that point. Help!
