I wish I would have checked reviews before ordering from here. Same type of thing happened to me. I placed an order 3 days ago for an item that was showing in stock, my card was charged. Today I checked status and said Item has shipped...I thought "great" :) but then a couple hours after I saw that I get an email from them saying that they cannot fulfill my order because of lack of availability...even though it said it was in stock when I order and the status just a few hours ago was saying it was shipped...sounds like a shady business. I'll be charging this back if not refunded asap. I'd advise taking your business elsewhere.

Merchant is advertising and accepting payment for product that they do not have in stock. Order placed March 7th and credit card charged. Over 1 week later, merchant advises that order has been canceled but does not issue refund. Suggest that you avoid. Merchant reached out by phone today (3/19/20) to discuss my objective review. They apparently are a small company who were overwhelmed by a sudden large demand. I surmise that this is they reason they did not respond to my numerous requests for an order status before I left my review. I contacted AMEX myself to request a chargeback.

Very unreliable, I waited for the shipment for 2 weeks, after which email received today that they don't have the product, so fake marketing!

I placed a order at the beginning of March they charged me and when I called today on the 13th, they informed they are" sorry" they don't have the product for me but would issue me a credit. I would be careful when buying from this company considering I could have bought product before now if they had simply informed me they didn't have what I needed! Supply and Demand, I understand but if you don't have the product to sell, best you say that to give the consumer a choice!

So stupid support that you can't imaging... They marked my order as fraudulent and when i called to them they told me that i never can use my credit card and address because it's marked as red.. I told them ok np i can use my wife credit card with the same address and this idio..t just told me have a nice day and hangup a phone I have never seen such rough support in my life.. And thats all probably bacuse i forgot to turnoff VPN when i place a order... But anyway thay are really stup..d and i hope they will be closed withing few years

This company price gouges. I was charged $38 for a Tide detergent that costs $17 regularly. This company misrepresented itself. I thought I was getting 4 boxes of tide with 4 in each instead I got one box of 4 tides.

Because my billing address and shipping address were different, they refused to ship. Who tells you where you can ship an item, it's utterly stupid, and then your not notified that it's not shipping, the website, says processing and shipped, it's only until you never receive anything that you notice something is wrong. And then they question you as to why you want it shipped there, WHY DOES THAT MATTER, if I pay you for something, SHIP IT, it's that damn simple. I would suggest not even wasting your time with this company. TOTAL GARBAGE

Cancelled more than half my items. I called to have the remaining items cancelled and they refused. So they can cancel my order , but I can't?!? Well that's convenient.
