I have a bad experience with this product. The product was shipped to wrong address. When I received the product the candy was open and it was all over the box it was shipped in. Bennie Johnson

The order was off, the wrong stuff arrived. And I have been having a hard time getting anyone to help me out. I’ve been reading these reviews and luckily I only ordered a small order so I didn’t get suckered for all that much. But I wish I would’ve read the bad reviews before ordering. I saw that 75% were good 5star reviews so I figured it was alright, there are a lot of finicky customers. But reading these reviews it seems all the poor reviews are written genuinely by someone while every 5star review is generic and sounds like they’re written by the same person.. even that whole racist “Oh Lawd!”review.

I received the wrong one

I mis ordered it only fits a specific mop head. I will order the whole mop.

Stupidly, I didn’t read reviews or check out their company ratings prior to placing my order. I wanted to give a new place a try, so I ordered a case of cleaning solution, 4 large bottles (128 oz each), was charged for it, understandably, yet never received it, but instead received a small box which contained some sanitizing wipes. Unbelievable. I wanted to resolve this issue (as it can happen, I get that), however, I have tried calling them several times a day for nearly a week now, and have even been leaving voicemail messages for them to return my call (never stating why but that it is urgent) with zero response. Zero. I just want what I ordered and paid for. Buyer, Please Beware! Please check them out prior to placing an order. Call the customer service line and see if they even answer at all. Good luck ~ A

I placed an order for an 8 pack case of hand sanitizer, their response was that there is an issue with their site and that was for 1 bag eventough the description said 8/ct do not buy from them! buyer beware
