I was very pleasantly surprised that Restaurantstock was able to process and deliver my order for my freezer given that they are essentially at the epicenter of an outbreak. I received my freezer as promised and the staff worked with me to figure out the best way to secure a freezer and have it delivered expeditiously given that the inventory was not out of their facility. I was very pleased with the customer support as they gave me updates on a frequent basis given the shortage nationwide for freezers.

This company actually kept track of their products and had what they advertised. It was a nice business transaction with a follow up call to let me know the item was truly in stock and when it would be shipped. It was a breath of fresh air in the online purchase world.
