I had difficulty finding this freezer and tried this site on a whim. I placed an order in the evening and followed up in the morning. Abe was able to process my order and ship the freezer same day. However, I did not receive an original tracking number until the freezer was already delivered. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I placed an order on this web site. I called with a question about an out of stock item and was transfered to a gentleman named Abe. Abe is a nice, friendly, patient and helpful representative. Abe tried several avenues to find this item. Meanwhile, Abe kepted me informed with daily emails (some times with more than 1 email a day. When he finally found the item he tracked it until it was out of his control. This is above and beyond great customer service. As far as a rating goes (0-5, 5 being best) Abe deserves a 20,and also the recognition as "employee of the month" !!! Thanks Abe. A job well done.
