A certificate was not honored at the restaurant
I purchased a certificate and tried to use it at the specified restaurant this morning. When I attempted to present the certificate, the cashier said they could not honor the certificate and they were no longer participating with Restaurant.com. Later I tried to address this on restaurant.com. I wanted a refund. Unfortunately, there is no link to any sort of customer support on the restaurant.com website to address the issue. Best I could do is exchange my certificate for Points that I can try to use somewhere else. IMO, Restaurants.com is not worth the trouble.

Hi Clifford, We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. All restaurants on our site have formally agreed to participate, but availability can change from time to time. That’s why we always recommend confirming with the restaurant before visiting. We’ve reached out to gather more details so we can follow up with the restaurant directly. In the meantime, please know that your dining reward never loses value—your points never expire and can be exchanged for another restaurant deal in your account at restaurant.com. Restaurant.com is under new management, and we’re actively working to expand our network and improve our processes to minimize situations like this going forward.
