Ever since I discovered restaurant.com I use it quite frequently buying gift certificates to my favorite restaurants at 1/2 of the price most of the time but there are specials almost every week and I pay even less than that for the certificate! It’s a great way to save money and easy to use and navigate and if you don’t use your certificate you can usually trade it for something esle.

There are discount vouchers available for many places we actually want to eat at! I have only had 3 refusal to honor experiences in all this time and I found out before being seated thus avoiding embarrassment. The percentage off promotions are a nice touch also.

I have been using Restaurant.com for over 10 years. Overall, the experience has been really good and they have changed and improved their interface for the better. Sometimes there isn't as much restaurant variety as you might want, but I have gotten good value out of the certificates over the years. You simply buy a certificate, print it (I always print a hard copy), and present it to the server when the check comes. Make sure that you pay attention to the details of the certificate, like how much you need to buy to get the discount. It's really easy!

Not many problems the only thing is when the restaurant decides to not honor the certificate always best to call ahead and ask. Also when places go out of business please remove them from the listings.
