I have been using Restaurant.com for about 10 years. Some great deals can be found. I have found some restaurants cease participation, as can be a great deal for consumer, which can cause inconvenience if restaurant.com is not current with such a restaurant/instance. Aside, restaurant.com can be such a great deal if you find a participating Restaurant you like!!! Even if restaurant.com developed a lesser value deal from customer view, I would still likely use. I have feedback from restaurant owners, mainly those that have no tipping, that it is not so great for them, hence they stop participating. As you can see, I have much experience with Restaurant.com, trust them, and recommend them. No trust issues for me as a consumer, but guessing some issues from the owner perspective.
