Horrible experience at Mellow Mushroom in North Decatur GA. Our order was messed up twice, the two female employees at the front were rude, and apparently they were mixing up orders for the mobile delivery drivers as well. One delivery driver was starting to get irritated after there was a mixup multiple times, and the two female employees were rude and unapologetic to that individual. They are horrible to their customers and delivery partners. They need to start over with a new staff and do proper training. We will never eat there again!!!!!

I was supposed to get 2 Movie Tickets and $100 CARD! I printed my two movie tickets - they turned out to be useless - no theatre near me!!!!! I printed three coupons...but they are BOGO's...you have to spend money! I ordered a $25 Fast Food Card and recieved a paper certficate that doesn't even day where to redeem it???? I tried to purchase two more certificates...went to Check Out and they wanted MORE MONEY???? This appears to be totally a RIP-OFF AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

There are no restaurants anywhere close to where I live that accept these vouchers. Considering that there is a minimum purchase, you cannot really consider these eCards as they did not cover the entire meal. Buyer beware

Disgusting attitude with customer service. Lady was extremely sassy and an attitude about everything!!

I gave the restaurant.com cards to several people last Christmas and NOT ONE was able to use it. One person went to change to another restaurant and it zero'd out her money. By the time we contacted the company and they asked for her card number, she had already thrown it away. We were not aware that you had a minimum amount you had to spend at a restaurant in order to use the coupon. Some had a minimum of $100 that you had to spend first. Not many choices of restaurants in the Detroit area! Most were dives. I am embarrassed that I gave them out!

stores drop out , wasting your time and money

I received a 25.00 uprewards anniversary credit by Verizon to Restuarant. Com. What a nightmare. No restaurant in my area but 2 in another close city. Ok, well 1 restaurant was closed permanently and the other was a 15.00 charge. What do.i do with my 10.00 credit. DID YOU EVER SEE A PLACE THAT DOES EVERYTHING IT CAN TO KEEP A PERSON FROM CONTACTING THEM??!!THIS IS IT. I looked them up and the ratings are so low, 1 star is generous. Owners of restaurants complained along with a gazillion customers. A scam. Verizon should know better.

SCAM! I was so embarrassed when i showed my gift certificate from restaurant.com and the staff told me that they do not accept it and it's a fraud!
