This site will rip you off! It’s deserving of zero stars they do not answer their phone EVER and do not return emails they just go around stealing your hard earned money and never ever get held accountable for it Let’s do a class action suit I have a lawyer in mind please anyone who’s ever been scammed by these people please contact me I’m serious let’s take this company out it is unacceptable for them to just rip you off and never address the issues it’s sick and we do NOt have to take this lying down! I received a gift card as reward at work! I went to a restaurant for breakfast and there is a sign on their door that they fo not participate in restaurant.com. They requested to be removed 3 years ago and restaurant.com refuses! So, I started calling restaurants and they all say the same thing! They requested to be removed and it never happened! I contacted restaurant.com several times and was told they do a good job removing restaurants! That had to be a joke! I started calling restaurants and I can't find one that is on the list of restaurants that actually takes my gift card. I even asked restaurant.com to give me a list of restaurants in my area and they refused! This is nothing but a SCAM!!!

I feel scamed. I was offered a $25 certificate that was added to a Disney purchased; however, this certificate is unredeemable. I would stay away, or really read the whole terms and conditions; if you find it worth it.

Cafe fish formally Ollies at 122 nithsdale Rd Glasgow. Visited today for Brunch was purely a fish restaurant but has recently reopened for brunch sat &Sunday 10 till2 pm. MODAY TO FRIDAYS 10 TILL12. Visited today restaurant empty!!!! Met by a red haired female waitress very abrupt ""sit where you want""" Given water then she said ""coffee""!!!! Girl of a few words!!!! We ordered brunch.. took a while but fine food was well presented on the plate tasty fresh and plentiful.Compliments to the chef. The waitress was rude stand offish no social skills and never looked at us!!!! No please or thank you so rude she's a disgrace.The bill was over charged by £14!!!!! Such a relaxing atmosphere for Sunday morning.....NOT. FOOD was lovely and so was coffee that's it. Won't be back till waitress with red hair and pigtails is not there it was so bad she had the personality of a stone. We have missed Ollies and thought it would be great to back now open for brunch but NO she made us- the only three in the restaurant -feel so uncomfortable. As we were having our second coffee she rudly interrupted us to say 15mins then time to go Never said this at the begining nobody else in some 15 odd tables empty we were told ""go""" BEWARE OF THIS FEMALE!!!!!!!

Scam company that's selling certicates to a bunch of restaurants that either no longer deals with them or has gone out of business. This company needs to be shut down if they're not going to update their list!

A good idea but poorly executed. Customer service is severely lacking - don't think you can talk to anyone and it takes weeks or months for a reply. I purchased restaurant vouchers for vacation and the restaurant was closed. I've notified restaurant.com on 4-6 occasions and the restaurant is still showing as an option (permanently closed). But I get to exchange my voucher.... I won't make this mistake again. So much for their concern to make the experience good for us clients.

No customer service response to emails (2 sent 30 days apart) and left on hold on two phone calls for 30-40 min. Finally, hung up. I wanted to change email and password to check unused certificates in my account. Waste of time and money. They do not respond. Save your time and money. Scam!!!!

They will not remove old restaurants from their site that no longer accepts them. I even sent them a Facebook post from that restaurant apologizing for not accepting them and explaining they have requested to be taken off their site and never have been. Instead they send me a canned email when I send them the proof online and a month later say something about binding and that they should take it. Whole company is sketch. Going to do a local Reddit post to see if others had issues.
