I had $150 in restaurant.com gift cards. On Jan 17th, I transferred them to the app according to their faq page. I purchased $60 in certificates for places in my kids' college towns. The following day, I had none of the certificates and no remaining credit showing. I have contacted them a min of 5 times by email and I have received only responses regarding where to find the gift cards and certificates. There has been no acknowledgement of my loss. I called their customer service last week and they said it was escalating and I would get a response asap - nothing. BBB has suspended their company!

We were given 3 Restuarant.com cards through water filtration systems companies. Little did we know that not one of the restaurants on their website take the Restuarant.com gift cards - in fact most of these restaurants never gave permission for their restaurants to be listed on this platform. I called this company numerous times and like trained monkeys - or robots - they all spouted the same script. I can only thank God it was time I obviously wasted listening to non reputable companies and not money on these ridiculous gift cards.

Restaurants listed DO NOT honor these coupons, say they are a scam. One listed restaurant has been permanently closed for quite a while. Total scam site.

Fraud business. This outfit charges you for a coupon to use; They say it's a gift card, but it ends up being a Coupon for a $10 off your meal. Vendors don't accept it or are out of business. Huge scam. Stay away.

There was someone in August who said they had a lawyer all ready to do a class-action law suit against this company. If they see this, please contact me. *They are 99% scam. Good luck finding a place that is still open, that actually takes the certificate AND where you can use more than $5 or $10! **If anyone wants to be involved in a class action law suit? I have a certificate for a restaurant that went out of business. They have a link on their website for restaurants that went out of business. Months later no reply. I have emailed with no answer. I call and sits on hold for half hour until I get bored and hang up. I can't believe a company like this can stay in business.

I have over $400 in credits from all the restaurants that went out of business. There is no way I could possibly spend it. Besides all the restaurants on the site now being low end garbage, the deals are petty like $15 gets $30. They refuse to give me any of my money back. They won't reply to emails, chats, or calls.

Their "gift card" is 100% useless. The restaurants they list are out of date. They don't remove them if you tell them about it. NO RESTAURANT accepts their cards as far as I can tell. They can't transfer the restaurant.com gift card to be used on their specials either. DO NOT PURCHASE. Also, their emails go nowhere. It has an autoreply saying to reply if you want an actual response. You will continue to get the same autoreply with no response.
