This helps accelerate heat dissipation and gives an initial cool sensation. However, as your body temperature and the surrounding environment begin to balance out, that cooling effect naturally becomes milder. To help maintain the cooling feel and fabric performance, it’s also important that the care instructions are followed closely when washing and drying. We would like to clarify that our warranty covers manufacturing defects, and each claim is reviewed based on the product condition, photos, order details, and care information provided. There would be instances that a warranty claim would not fall under warranty coverage. That said, we understand your concern and want to make sure your case has been reviewed thoroughly. Please note that in situations where a package is marked as delivered, additional documentation such as a police report may sometimes be required by the protection provider as part of their claims process. Hi AKA, We’re sorry to hear this left such a negative impression. However, we also would like to clarify one important point: we do not hold perpetual usage rights to creator content. Our usage rights are limited to one year, and creators are able to revoke access to their content at any time.
