For the price of the hearing aids. I find that the quality is very poor. I haven’t even had these six months and the wire has already pulled out of the left body of the mold that was custom-made for each year you would think the money that you’re paying for these things that they would be made better. The sound is OK but the durability and the quality is very poor on top of that the warranty. Which I will update you later I think has already ran out. You would think the money that you’re paying you would at least get a couple years of warranty. I’ll find out today when I take them in to see if I have to pay out-of-pocket or if they are covered. They were covered by insurance. Here is my update, I work commercial and industrial construction and I can tell you that on the job site I cannot hear anyone talking to me under basic construction noise. When machines compressors or any heavy equipment running forget it I cannot hear anything but the noises from equipment. These hearing aids are worse when the wind blows because I only hear the wind. Totally disappointed for the amount of money spent! Do your research read reviews and don’t get ReSound hearing aids. FYI mine are the top two expensive brand they sell! Total junk for any sound outside of my home.

Purchased them 18 months ago….poor quality control as after three or four months they begging to fail —- speech clarity diminishes to point where almost unable to understand face to face conversation. Audiologist keeps ordering replacements. But same pattern repeats. Do not buy Resound!!!
