I need the app to be able to make adjustment on the volumn level on one ear only. What a surprise to learn I will have to buy an expensive new phone to use it. My motorola phone isn't that old. Company needs to make the app work on more than just a few expensive phones. Hearing aids are less useful without the app. I have taken to just wearing one of the aids and am not getting the full benefit of using them.

I got new hearing aids to help with my tinnitus. The audiologist installed the ReSound app on my Android phone. Everything seemed to be working, but after a few months, the app crashed. During a follow-up appointment with another audiologist, I was told that the app is incompatible with my TCL Android. We couldn't get the app to work again. This is the ONLY app I have used that has proven incompatible with my phone. Upon doing some research on the ReSound website, I discovered that the ReSound app is compatible with only three Samsung Android phones, making it virtually useless for Android phone users who purchase the VERY expensive ReSound hearing aids.

I purchased a pair of these hearing aids 1 1/2 years ago. My rep does not return calls. The company always refers me to that rep that has a bad business model. The hearing aids have been sent back for repairs at least 10 times. The issue of not working has never been handled. I don't know if the company can't repair the hearing aids or the rep never sends them back to the company. BAD SERVICE FROM BOTH REP AND COMPANY. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES. I gave this company a one star only because you can't give it a zero star.

Appareil de mauvaise qualité ainsi que le service après vente , appareil qui tombe en panne à l'étranger après 4 mois d'utilisation des plus standard. Réponce à mon mail informent de ma situation 20 jrs après sans solution , réparation à mes frais et de nouveau en panne 1 mois après. A fuir.

Their customer service is awful. After spending a whopping 3000 plus for the things, the batteries started going bad after about three years. 350 plus just to have them replaced. Then, after losing one aid, they wanted to charge me for the one I lost. I have no use for one hearing aid and I'm not buying another. I told the audiologist for them to just keep the damn thing.

Très bon son, dommage que le fabriquant ne garantisse ses embouts défectueux que 1 an, sachant qu'ils cassent sans arrêt, je n'ai pas 500€ à dépenser toutes les 5 minutes pour 2 embouts, sachant que sans je ne peux travailler ni vivre. Cela est honteux. De plus, il y a des vices cachés, les fils ne tiennent pas bien, ou ont des faux contacts Cliente depuis 8 ans chez eux, je suis extrêmement déçue, je m'attendais au moins à ce qu'on me garantisse des embouts solides, ou garantie pendant 4 ans, en tout cas minimum 2 ans comme tout objet électronique légalement parlant (loi sur les garanties des objets électroniques) Ayant 90 dbs de perte en moyenne, je ne peux pas baisser en gamme, donc le prix de l'appareil + des embouts me revient à 7000€ environ pour une jeune de 24 ans, cela est impossible !!! Déjà l'effort financier sorti pour les appareils neufs, les embouts sont en trop, et très mal remboursés ! Je ne recommande donc plus cette marque à mon entourage.

Had my Resound earring aids for about 3 years and struggled with them,still not hearing conversations ,poor speech clarity . Recently stopped working and had both receivers replaced,but still not working,was informed by an independent audiologist that the hearing aids not very powerful so she re programmed them,unfortunately they are not happy being more powerful and have a tendency to switch themselves off periodically and if they hear a noise they don’t like (recently in dentist) they start to squeal. I’m not in a financial position to replace them,so I’m stuck with them,but I would not buy resound hearing aids again

I tried their online hearing test and it differs massively to the standard available tests and gives a very skewed result.
