Hi Resort Realty and OBX Celebrations Team, I wanted to reach out and share how incredible our recent wedding anniversary experience was. We came down from Massachusetts for a special getaway, and everything from the home to the event team was absolutely wicked impressive. The Resort Realty home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and felt like our own private coastal retreat. From sunrise coffee on the deck to peaceful evenings by the ocean, it was the perfect setting for our celebration. OBX Celebrations made the entire evening effortless with their fully bundled event team. Michael coordinated every detail for us, handled the setup and timing, and made sure everything flowed smoothly. The DJ set the perfect mood throughout the night, and the photographer captured every moment without ever feeling intrusive. Chef Samuel truly elevated the experience. You can tell he takes real pride in his craft. The charcuterie display was stunning and beautifully arranged, and the beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection. Every dish felt thoughtful and made with heart.Between the luxury of Resort Realty and the all-inclusive OBX Celebrations team, our anniversary was unforgettable. Romantic, seamless, and wicked pissah from start to finish. Thank you all for making our celebration one we’ll be talking about for years.

We have rented from Resort Realty for 9 years and have found them to be professional, responsive and friendly. The staff ALWAYS tries to correct issues. Even in spite of COVID, heavy use of properties, and staffing challenges everywhere, we have had NO issues.

We stayed in Nags Head, NC right after Hurricane Dorian passed through. Resort Realty had the house open and ready to use the same day the island reopened to visitors. Any issues we encountered with the house during our stay were dealt with promptly. I would definitely consider renting a house from them again.
