Good service and communication throughout the process

Great experience with Karl Brodersen and Cindy Fox and this company. Paid $1844 (did not have to pay anything upfront) but verified with timeshare that it is now out of my name and I will no longer have to pay the nearly $1000/year maintenance and taxes that goes up every year! They are members of ARDA and Licensed Timeshare Retail Brokers Association.
