Jenica provided excellent service keeping me up to date at every state of the process. Getting me out of my contract with Diamond Resorts took longer than I expected but the delay was caused by Diamond Resorts.

We worked with Cindy Fox and had an excellent experience during what was a somewhat stressful period. She explained clearly what would be done and when and what to expect at each stage of the process. We had a problem with the fact that one of our timeshare agreements was not included with the first sale but Resort Closings offered to help us remove it from our ownership as well. Reasonably priced as well.

We began the transfer of our two timeshares in early February. The first transferred about a month ago and the second one transferred very recently. We were not expecting transfers so soon, especially the one in Cancun, Mexico. We are very satisfied with the service we received from your company. With all of the dishonest companies out there it can be a daunting task to find a truly professional and honest company to handle a RTU or deeded resort transfer.
