It went pretty smooth getting rid of our timeshare through Resort Closings Inc. A bit slow for my personal opinion, but don't have anything to compare them too either.

Did not get updated

Took longer than I expected, but finally closed after 2 months. I doubt it was their problem, more likely the buyer slowing things down.

Free at Last ! We are totally happy Resort CIosings Inc., expedited our freedom from our Timeshare. The process was a bit rocky at first but the final result was exceptional. A job well done! Thank you!

everything went well, with no hassles

Everything went as we were told, but the explanation was lacking. They use the term " transferred the title" but no explaination of what that means. We paid the fee and that was the last we heard from anyone until the paperwork came back saying it was complete. Would have preferred to have been contacted by the agent and provided updates. Felt like they had run off with my money. However, I have paperwork stating that I now have transferred to property, but I'm leery that something is not on the up and up. I hope that I was not taken.
