They were very professional and we were thankfull they sold the timeshare for us . It took a little longer than we thought but at the end great results .

Good job for us twice. Communication could have been better on the second transaction but they got the job done.

The good is they took care of the transfer in the time frame we were quoted The bad is we didn't get updates regularly. We had to initiate contact after the paperwork was completed.

There are a couple of comments/questions about the process. One being that it was not clear to me that the time share would be transferred to someone else. I guess I thought I was paying for your company to have the time share cancelled and not transferred (sold) to someone else, possibly not fully informed about what they were getting into. Since the time share was transferred, there most certainly was a monetary transaction as well. I don't understand why I was excluded from any benefits from the sale, being that it cost me about there thousand dollars out of pocket instead. However, the process seemed to go smoothly and I am happy to be out of the obligation. I would hope that in the future you could explain exactly what the customer is paying for and why.

The timeshare transfer took a lot longer than I expected. I was told 12-16 weeks at the beginning. It actually took about 9 mos. But at least it finally went through. I was getting anxious.
