Communication was pretty good. They always got back with me when I had questions. Some of the paperwork process was a little fuzzy. Still a little puzzled why it costs so much to process property that I am giving away. I get title insurance, transfer fees, etc. All the legal mumbo jumbo. Oh well, I digress. No real complaints about resort closings. I feel they did what they said they would do and in the end that is what really matters.

it took about 6 months to complete the deal very professionally. I wish they could do it faster, but they told me it could take 4 to 12 months a head of time. My representative communicated very clearly in a friendly but business like manner. I would recommend this company.

Took a long, time but end result was achieved. Had to constantly Email for updates, but again ending result was Timeshare is gone!

I wasn't for sure it they were a legitimate company so had to call and double check when I received emails. I almost deleted the emails. We had been scammed before.
