The first buyer fell through, but another buyer was found soon. It seemed to take a long time for completion (March-December), but he worked extra hard to get it completed by the end of the year so that we were not responsible for any of the next year's assessment. This company has helped me because they are honest and true to their word. Everything was very easy and fair. I had more than one timeshare to give back but they were able to help with most of them. There are so many timeshare deedback programs that just take your money and leave you with the same timeshare.

All in all, pretty good. I had difficulty with the on-line Docusign but that may have been me.

I cannot tell you what a delight it was to work with Jinger Jewell. She made the process so easy, as she answered all questions and did all the work in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend and use Resort Closings again.
