I can’t use my vibe item unless I purchase a compatible AC adapter. It would be good customer service and helpful to ensure that the AC adapter sent with the vibe item is compatible to the country it is being mailed to, in my case, Australia. I purchased two vibe items which cost a reasonable amount but now disappointed that a further outlay needs to be made.

It doesn’t work for sleep because I can’t take the supplement for hydration. It cause stomach upset

Just to clarify, the Vibe itself does not require any supplements to work, so you can absolutely continue using it without taking anything that doesn’t agree with your stomach. For sleep support specifically, you might consider adjusting how you’re using the device: Try running the Sleep or Delta protocol closer to bedtime (about 20–30 minutes before sleep) Pairing it with Vagus Nerve or Relax & Balance earlier in the evening can often help the body settle more effectively. If hydration supplements aren’t a good fit for you, simply focusing on regular water intake throughout the day is perfectly fine and often sufficient. With chronic pain, it can sometimes take a bit of time and consistency to see more noticeable changes, especially depending on the underlying cause. A couple of things that may help: Using the specific pain-related protocol (such as Low Back Pain, Arthritis, or General Inflammation depending on her condition) consistently each day. Adding Vagus Nerve or Relax & Balance to help calm the nervous system, which plays a big role in how pain is experienced. The Fibromyalgia protocol, while often overlooked, can be very supportive for chronic pain. Making sure the intensity/volume is turned up enough, as it can sometimes be lowered accidentally. Also, placement can matter—keeping the device closer to the area of discomfort may provide more targeted support. We’d really love to help you dial this in for her.
