Resona Health has been outstanding in customer service. Consistently, they have responded within 24 hours to my query or issue I was having and resolved it! The Vibe device is a ‘life / health changer’ I have been using it for for about 15 months and have ONLY positive words to say about how it’s changed my day to day and on going health…ANY issues I’ve had, I key in the appropriate protocol and viola- truly- changed or disappeared within the timeframe of the protocol. The only negative is the longevity of the device … I’ve had to replace it more than once, but because it was first generation-“ understood “.. Because customer service is so consistent and on top of correcting issues, it has been seamless in receiving a replacement …thank you kindly 👐 In terms of using it on our pets, same increase in fractured health resuming to normal state while using regularly, be patient- it works….my friends mothers fig was nearing end of life… she used the Vibe consistently and currently her dog is not perfect but improved by 90%…. It’s pricey purchasing it when ordering from Canada but worth every penny— a wonderful investment in your health and your animal’s health! This little machine works great. The effect doesn't last as long for muscular skeletal issues as an assisi loop. However, I can alternate between general inflammation and arthritis. The weigh control does calm the cravings so I don't eat out of boredom. I LOVE that it's rechargeable! And it's so small that I can put it on my back and sleep on it. Fast shipping. Very detailed protocols are available on Google. Using it on my dog with a specific type of performance anxiety. Love the flexibility. Just starting to explore the possibilities.
