So amazing for a year until the battery swells
I want to give 5 stars because the device works so well for so many things especially adhd, sleep, recent injuries, carpal tunnel and the Fibromyalgia setting works for the PEM in people ME/CFS. Customer service is outstanding. We have two devices and one was worn 24/7 and the other was used just when my Ironworker husband had muscle pain or injuries. The batteries in both swelled at the end of the first year, so they sent us new ones but its happened again to a lesser degree with the second set after a year. I haven’t contacted them about it this time because I have been ill. We’re not sure if they are safe to use in this condition.

Here are some tips for best charging habits: It’s fine to top it off anytime. If you’re storing it, charge it first and then recharge periodically so it doesn’t sit fully drained for long periods.
