Ordered two shirts. One gray one green. Cheap crap. The green was not green like a turquoise or something very ugly. Total was 94 dollars. After emails. We agreed to a 50 percent refund which would be 47 dollars they only refunded 23.00. And woukd not respond to any more emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

After ordering Arabiyat Prestige Marwa Cologne. The item took two attempts at delivery and two months in duration, only to discover the item was BLATANTLY FAKE!! This company asked me for photographic evidence which i sent but they offered me a paltry $8 on a $50+ product. DO NOT BUY FROM RESOLUTIONP UNLESS YOU WANT FAKE PRODUCT AND NO REFUND.

Fake. Scam. Will not refund. Bought hosta seeds. Upon receiving realized what I received was not hosta seeds. Let them know it was a mixup perhaps. They said no. Af5er much back and forth they said partial refund. I said no for its not my fault they miss shipped. Refused full refund unless I shipped back to China at my expense. Finally after no satisfactory reply called credit card company and let them know about the scam.

Habe einen KI Hund bestellt und ein Produkt bekommen, welches den in der Werbung beschriebenen Funktionen in keiner Weise entspricht. Mit dem Support in Verbindung zu treten ist mir ebenfalls nicht gelungen.

Ordered 5th July in time for holiday 1st August, never arrived so they sent a replacement. However I ordered a branded product and they sent a fake. Literally said "replica" on the item. They refused to refund despite their scam so reported to paypal and immediately refunded. Do not buy from this webaite

Exactly the same as others already reported. Ordered two "STRIKEMAN LASER FIREARM TRAINING SYSTEM" and received two cheap plastic targets. They just say it's what I ordered and they would refund 13$ to show their goodwill.
