Thank you for the review - but we need to clarify that your product was shipped the day after you placed the order. Once our products leave our warehouse and are in transit via USPS, the delivery time is out of our control. Please check your email, as we have sent you the tracking number and it is showing delivered. If for some reason you never receive your product, we are more than happy to replace it for free!
