I haven't received my package or been sent any updates on my order. I could've been a little more forgiving on my rating but giving a review before I have been sent or sampled the product won't make for good reviews.

Hi BC, I'm really sorry that your package hasn't arrived. We do everything we can to get orders out the day they are purchased or the following morning if it's placed in the evening. Unfortunately, the mail service has been terrible lately, and some packages are getting delayed.
