Great product. 7 months ago I had a health scare. (Heart related)...I wasn’t sure if I could get back to the physicality that I’m used to in my daily life and with work. But the last few months Iv been loving the resilience products. Its given me the energetic extra push that I needed. I heard of Residence products listening to The Mike Drop Podcast. I am over 40 and starting to notice soreness and slower recovery after doing good physical activity.
