I have tendinitis in my right tricep and I get flare ups on occasion from lifting and BJJ training. The CBD cream helps me alot and I just recently purchased the CBD oil, no THC. I dont have much inflammation. But when I do, the oil does help.

The taste of the gummies would be a 8/10 considering the ingredients, I would recommend to fellow LEOS and people in high stress careers. Helped me sleep and overall the price point wasn’t too bad. I developed arthritis in my shoulders and lower back, about two years ago.
