Wanted to give an honest feedback on the wig I last purchased. There were little white hard things throughout the wig and the hair tangles really bad. I’ve heard nothing but good things but unfortunately I can’t say the same for me and I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied.

My hair was extremely thin the lace was short the lace is also thicker than the hair itself I really really dislike never ordering from here again

Is the most trash hair I ever had shed like a dog and stay tangled up and also this a real review don’t even waste yall money on them the worst hair company ever and don’t wanna give your refund either so lemme add that in there .

I’ve only worn this wig for two weeks and it already has a bold spot and is shedding

This wig is not even the color of the website. I am passed upset . I have ordered from them before and was happy with the hair. I was not at frist due to the smell and length. But I kept it and loved it. Now i try them again and this crap not even close to the color I want to add an update that I just got from my company. They offered me a fifteen dollar refund because they did not send the correct item. I declined the fifteen dollar refund. I requested they send me a free label to return the item. They came back to me and said that they would send me a free return label if I took down my negative review. This is such a dishonest company. I had a bad experience. I wrote about it and now you want me to take that down to be able to get a refund. I wish I had a way to post the email that they sent to me smh

Originally, I was so excited to shop with this company I ordered a clueless wig, but unfortunately did not fit. The box the wig comes in, says that they do easy returns. However, the return process was anything but easy when I inquired about doing a return I was asked several questions and when I let the owner know it did not fit she responded “It fits most people” negating the fact that I already said it did not fit me. She also asked if I wanted to give it to someone else in my family. Why would I put in a request for a refund if I wanted/could have given it to someone in my family?? I requested a shipping label three times to send back the wig and they never responded to that request. They finally sent me an address to send it to and I had to pay $17 to ship it back and then it took over two weeks for them to respond so I can get my money back through a third-party. There was no phone number available to contact them on or to trace that they even received the package. I will never shop with them again. It took over a month to go through the refund process and for it to be final.

Not good and sheds alot and quality of the hair is very bad

I ordered my hair March 19,2023 and it’s saying my hair will arrive April 15,2023 when I emailed incurring about my hair they said the length of delivery is because they have a sale going on. I order hair from another company who was also having a sale and my hair came 6 days later.
